Kevin Coleman is CEO of Coleman Entertainment LLC. Kevin is also a Visiting Assistant Professor of Film and Media Arts at the University of Missouri at Kansas City since 2007 and an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College at Forest Park since 2006.
Kevin graduated from Howard University with a BA in Film where he studied under veteran directors Bill Duke (Sister Act 2, Hoodlum, Deep Cover) and Haile Gerima (Sankofa).
Kevin went on to graduate from the prestigious American Film Institute receiving an MFA in Directing. While at AFI, Kevin studied under industry directors Rob Spera (Criminal Minds) & Graeme Clifford (The Last Don), and attended numerous workshops featuring Anthony Minghella (Cold Mountain), Luc Besson (Leon the Professional), Carl Franklin (Out of Time, Devil in a Blue Dress), and countless others. Kevin is an award winning filmmaker having circulated film festivals, winning awards and acclaim.
